Form W-9 is used to provide a business's legal name, address, and Taxpayer Identification Number to another business or organization.
Organizations may request a W-9 before issuing payment, creating a vendor account, or adding us to their purchasing system.
To request our W-9, you must first verify an active or previous reservation using your reservation number and the email address associated with the order.
Once your reservation is verified, our current W-9 will be sent to the email address associated with that reservation.
